中医药临床研究中证候赋分方法的探讨

Discussion on syndrome scoring methods applying in TCM clinical studies

中医证候主症、次症的半定量化赋分方法在中医药临床研究和疗效评价中发挥重要作用,也存在诸多问题,如赋分方法存在一定随意性,主症、次症积分在证候总积分中的权重受症状个数影响,等级资料统计分析方法有限等。因此,文章以某临床试验数据为例,通过改变证候赋分方法及主症、次症权重,探讨其对临床疗效评价结果的影响,进而提出可将分级赋分法与100mm刻度法结合,将评分转变为计量资料,并考虑可将主症、次症分开进行临床疗效评价。

Semi-quantitative scoring methods for primary and minor symptoms of Chinese medicine syndromes played an important role in TCM clinical studies and therapeutic effect evaluation, but there was still a lot of problems, such as the randomness in scoring methods, the influence of the number of symptoms on weights of primary and minor symptoms in total scores of syndrome, and the limitation in statistical analysis methods for hierarchical data. Therefore, based on a clinical trial data, this paper discussed the influence of changing syndrome scoring methods and weights of primary and minor symptoms on the evaluation of clinical curative effects, and then put forward the advices as combination of hierarchical scoring method and 100 mm calibration method, turning scoring into measurement data, and evaluating the curative effect of primary and minor symptoms respectively.
