补肾健脾汤对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠骨代谢指标的影响

Experimental study on the effects of bone metabolism in osteoporosis model rats after ovariectomy by Bushen Jianpi Decoction

目的:观察龟鹿二仙胶、补肾健脾汤等不同补肾方对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠骨质疏松的影响及干预作用。方法:取3月龄SPF级雌性SD大鼠70只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、龟鹿二仙胶组、二仙汤组、补肾健脾汤组、雌二醇组和仙灵骨葆组,每组10只。对假手术组大鼠行假手术,余6组行双侧卵巢摘除术,12周后测定各组大鼠血清中Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽(β-Crosslaps)、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(P1NP),以双能X线骨密度测定仪测定大鼠的骨密度(BMD)。结果:与雌二醇组比较,龟鹿二仙胶治疗组、补肾健脾组、仙灵骨葆组BMD显著增高(P<0.05);二仙汤组、仙灵骨葆组β-Crosslaps含量显著降低(P<0.05),补肾健脾汤组P1NP含量显著增高(P<0.05);与二仙汤组比较,龟鹿二仙胶组、补肾健脾汤组BMD显著增高(P<0.05);补肾健脾汤组β-Crosslaps及P1NP含量均显著增高(P<0.05),龟鹿二仙胶组P1NP含量显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:龟鹿二仙胶、补肾健脾汤补肾中药可以促进骨形成,减缓骨吸收,能有效防止去卵巢模型大鼠骨质疏松的形成。

Objective： To observe the effects of Guilu Erxian Glue and Bushen Jianpi Decoction etc different reinforcing kidney prescription on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods： Seventy female SD rats of 3-month-old in SPF were divided into 7 groups randomly, the sham operation group, model group, Guilu Erxian Glue treatment group, Erxian Decoction group, Bushen Jianpi Decoction group, Estradiol treatment group and Xianling Gubao group, each group have ten rats. Sham surgery group underwent sham surgery, and the other three groups underwent bilateral ovariectomy. Twelve weeks later, bone mineral density（BMD） of all rats were measured with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry; Serum concentration of typeⅠcollagen carboxyterminal peptide（β-Crosslaps）, the total extension of typeⅠcollagen amino terminal peptide（P1NP）. Results： Cpmpared of Estradiol treatment group, the level of BMD in Guilu Erxian Glue treatment group, Xianling Gubao group and Bushen Jianpi Decoction group was significant increased（P0.05）; the level ofβ-Crosslaps in Erxian Decoction group and Xianling Gubuo group was significant decreased（P0.05）, the level of P1 NP in Bushen Jianpi Decoction group was increased（P0.05）; Cpmpared of Erxian Decoction group, the level of BMD in Guilu Erxian Glue treatment group and Bushen Jianpi Decoction group was significant increased（P0.05）; the level ofβ-Crosslaps and P1 NP in Bushen Jianpi Decoction group was significant increased（P0.05）, the level of P1 NP in Guilu Erxian glue group was increased（P0.05）. Conclusion： Bushen Jianpi Decoction and Guilu Erxian Glue can promote the form action of nwe bone, slower bone,s absorption and prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis in the rats after ovariectomy.
