国医大师张学文教授毒瘀交夹论治中风病学术思想浅析

Professor ZHANG Xue-wen's academic thoughts in treating apoplexy based on the theory of toxin intermingled with blood stasis

张学文教授通过长期的临床实践,在传统中风病机的基础上创新性地提出了"毒瘀交夹"致中风的病机理论,认为中风病是由于毒、瘀两种致病因素互相作用导致,倡导解毒化瘀法治疗中风病,强调在辨证论治的基础上选择有特异性与针对性的药物以提高中风临床疗效。现对张学文教授从"毒瘀交夹"论治中风病的学术思想进行浅析。

In long-term clinical practice, professor ZHANG Xue-wen put forward an innovative viewpoint that apoplexy was caused by ‘toxin intermingled with blood stasis＇ based on the basis of the traditional apoplexy pathogenesis. Professor ZHANG considered that apoplexy was caused by toxin and blood stasis which interacted with each other, so the therapy for this disease was removing toxicity substance and blood stasis. He emphasized that specific and target drugs should be applied in the treatment of apoplexy based on syndrome differentiation and treatment, in order to improve the curative effects. This paper simply analyzed professor ZHANG Xue-wen＇s academic thoughts in treating apoplexy based on the theory of ‘toxin intermingled with blood stasis＇.
