刘鲁明晚期胰腺癌“清”法辨治思路辑要

LIU Lu-ming's experience in treating advanced pancreatic cancer with clearing therapy

胰腺癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,预后极差。大多数患者确诊时已属于中晚期,丧失了手术机会;采用放、化疗等其他常规非手术治疗手段无法显著提高患者的总体生存率。"清"法清除湿热之邪,是治疗热证的中医常用治法之一,刘鲁明教授以清热化湿为原则在胰腺癌综合治疗过程中能明显延长患者生存时间,体现出较好的临床疗效。文章主要介绍刘鲁明教授运用"清"法论治晚期胰腺癌取得良好治疗效果的经验。

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common digestive systemic malignant tumors with poor prognosis. Unfortunately, the majority of patients with pancreatic cancer are often diagnosed in the advanced stage and lost the opportunity to surgery. The conventional non-surgical treatments for advanced pancreatic cancer patients, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, are unable to improve the overall survival rate of patients significantly. Clearing heat and promoting dieresis was a commonly used TCM treatment for heat syndrome. Professor LIU treating pancreatic cancer based on the treatment principle of clearing heat and promoting dieresis, which could prolong the survival time of patients obviously, and with good clinical curative effect. This paper introduced Professor LIU＇s experience in treating advanced pancreatic cancer with clearing therapy.
