苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体的性质及其体外释放行为考察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:制备苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体,并考察其性质及体外释药行为。方法:采用薄膜分散法制备以丙二醇为柔软剂的苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体,并采用离心分光光度法考察其物理稳定性,采用体外透析法考察其体外释放情况。结果:与苦参碱普通脂质体相比,所制得的苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体的物理稳定性更高;与苦参碱水溶液、苦参碱普通脂质体相比,苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体体外释放呈明显缓释。结论:薄膜分散法制备的苦参碱纳米柔性脂质体外观良好,较稳定,且其体外释放明显缓释。 Objective: To prepare ultratlexible nanoliposomes of matrine and observe its properties and release behavior in vitro. Methods: The ultratlexible nanoliposomes of matrine were prepared by film dispersion method with propylene glycol as softening agent, and the physical stability was detected by centrifugal spectrophotometry, while the release of the drug in vitro was detected by dialysis in vitro. Results: Compared with the ordinary liposome of matrine, the physical stability of ultratlexible nanoliposomes of matrine was better. Compared with aqueous solution and ordinary liposome of matrine, the release of ultratlexible nanoliposomes of matrine in vitro appeared an obvious slow-release. Conclusion: The ultratlexible nanoliposomes of matrine prepared by film dispersion method appeares an obvious slow-release in vitro with a fine appearance and better stability.
