摘要
为了探究橡胶粉对水泥稳定碎石收缩性能的改善效果,文章在固定级配的基础上,用橡胶粉代替部分细集料进行水泥稳定碎石配合比设计,对掺加橡胶粉的水泥稳定碎石小梁试件的温缩和干缩性能进行测试,研究橡胶粉对水稳碎石收缩性能的改进作用,进而对掺加橡胶粉及聚合物的水泥净浆试件进行三点弯曲实验,研究聚合物对橡胶粉水泥稳定碎石抗断裂能力的改进作用。结果表明,橡胶集料的掺入改善了收缩的性能,干燥收缩系数变小约30%;橡胶粉水泥稳定碎石的应变能力随聚合物的掺入量增加而增强。
In order to study the improvement of the shrinkage of cement stabilized macadam which rubber powder contributes. This article replaced part of the fine aggregate with rubber powder based on fixed gradation. The temperature shrinkage and drying shrinkage performance of cement stabilized macadam beam specimens with rubber powder was researched. And then the three point bending experiment was designed to study the improvement of the fracture resistance of beam speciments with rubber powder and polymer. The results showed that the shrinkage resistance of the beam speciments was improved after the rubber powder was added and the drying shrinkage coefficient reduced about 30%. The strain capacity of the beam speciments improved with the addition of polymer.
