摘要
目的提高对不流动水的重视程度,掌握黄骅港口岸国际航行船舶不流动水携带输入性蚊类卵、幼虫、蛹的情况,为进一步做好蚊媒防控提供科学依据。方法 2015年1月-8月间,对黄骅港口岸国际航行船舶上所携带的不流动水进行采样,观察水中携带蚊类卵、幼虫及蛹情况,并在实验室进行恒温培养,观察是否有成虫发育,并对成虫鉴别分类。结果共调查船舶177艘,发现存在不流动水船舶17艘次,不流动水存在率9.6%;采集水样47份,未发现蚊类幼虫、卵及蛹,培养未见阳性结果。结论黄骅港口岸国际航行船舶不流动水存在携带输入性蚊类的潜在危害程度较低;其危害性有待进一步验证。
Objective Get the information of mosquito- borne eggs,larvae and pupae in still water of international ships of Huanghua Port and bring the still water to attention in mosquito prevention. Methods Take samples of still water on international ships,observe and cultivate in the laboratory,find whether there is adult mosquito development,then carry out identification and classification. Results 17 ships are found with still water in 177 ships investigated,with a rate of 9. 6%. We collected 47 water samples but find no mosquito eggs,larvae and pupae and get a negative result in laboratory cultivation. Conclusion In Huanghua Port,the potential risk of carrying mosquito- borne eggs,larvae and pupae in still water of international ships is relatively low. But the harmfulness of still water needs to be further investigated.
