老年人口腔黏膜病发病相关因素分析

Related factors analysis of oral mucosal diseases incidence in elderly patients

目的探讨老年人口腔黏膜病发病的相关因素。方法以82例老年口腔黏膜病患者为研究对象（口腔黏膜病组）,并以同期85例无口腔黏膜病的老年患者为对照（非口腔黏膜病组）,对2组相关情况进行调查。结果老年口腔黏膜病患者在年龄、性别以及是否饮酒方面和非口腔黏膜病患者比较差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在合并基础疾病、佩戴义齿、刷牙习惯、吸烟以及饮食习惯方面和非口腔黏膜病组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。上述5个因素和口腔黏膜病之间呈弱相关性（r=0.163~0.247,P〈0.05）。结论老年人口腔黏膜病与多种因素相关,保持生活饮食习惯,正确的刷牙习惯,戒烟,少食用或不食用辛辣、熏烤、过热食品,有利于减少口腔黏膜疾病的发生。

Objective To investigate the factors related to the oral mucosal diseases in elderly people in Chengdu.Methods 82 cases of oral mucosal diseases in the elderly as research object （oral mucosal disease group）, and 85 patients without oral macosal disease in the same period as the control （non oral mucosal disease group）, oral mucosat diseases related factors of two groups were investigated.Results In oral mucosal disease group,there was no significant difference in age, gender and whether drinking compared with non oral mucosal disease group （P〉0.05）, however, in the combination of basic diseases,wearing dentures,brushing habits, smoking and eating habits,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）The above 5 factors and oral mucosal disease showed weak correlation （r=-0.163-0.247, P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Oral mucosal diseases in the elderly relates with several factors, mainly involves living habits, correct brushing habits, no smoking, less eat or no eat spicy, smoked roast or hot food, which can reduce the incidence of oral mucosal diseases.
