复方氨林巴比妥注射液致不良反应的文献分析

A literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by compound amionprine and antipyrine injection

目的探讨复方氨林巴比妥注射液致不良反应的一般规律和特点。方法检索《中国期刊全文数据库》(CNKI)和《维普中文科技期刊数据库》(VIP)2004年—2015年复方氨林巴比妥注射液所致不良反应文献,对26篇目标文献所报道的29例病例报告进行统计分析。结果复方氨林巴比妥注射液的不良反应多累及皮肤系统、呼吸系统、血液系统、泌尿系统、神经系统和表现为变态反应,在中青年龄段发生率较高。结论临床上应重视复方氨林巴比妥注射液的监测应用,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To study the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reaction （ADR）induced by Compound Amionprine and Antipyrine Injection.Methods The ADRs induced by Compound Amionprine and Antipyrine Injection reported in domestic medical journals during 2004-2015 were retrived by means of CNKI and VIP, and 29 cases reported from 26 literatures were collected and analyzed.Results The ADRs involved in the integumentary system,respiratory system ,blood system, urinary system, nervous system and allergic reaction, with young and middle-aged group showing higher incidence rate.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the ADRs of compound Amionprine and Antipyrine injection and therapeutic measures should be taken timely to ensure safe medication.
