学龄期儿童缺铁性贫血相关因素调查及膳食分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的了解学龄期儿童缺铁性贫血患病状况及相关影响因素,为缺铁性贫血的预防和治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2013年4月-2014年5月在该院就诊的学龄期儿童659例为研究对象,测量所有研究对象血红蛋白水平。对家长进行问卷调查,并进行相关因素分析;采用24 h回顾法进行连续3 d膳食调查,了解儿童食物摄入情况。结果母亲健康相关知识、家庭经济情况、儿童偏食、挑食、吃零食与学龄期儿童贫血的发生密切相关(P<0.05),贫血儿童粮谷类、动物类、蔬菜、水果类食物、维生素A、维生素C和铁的摄入量低于非贫血儿童(P<0.05)。结论针对家长和儿童进行健康教育、改变不良的饮食行为和膳食结构是预防学龄期儿童缺铁性贫血的关键。
