依宪执政是中国共产党作为执政党执政能力建设的重要方式,也是中国共产党从革命党转变为执政党的显著标示。区分党的领导方式和执政方式的意义在于保障党通过国家政权机关实现对国家和社会的规范领导。宪法描述和规定了中国共产党作为领导党的事实,确立了中国共产党作为执政党的宪法地位和宪法效力。以法治方式保卫党的执政地位是国家治理现代化的成就之一。"三善于一支持"是党的领导法治化的具体路径,以实现党领导人民制定宪法和法律,党领导人民执行宪法和法律,党自身在宪法和法律范围内活动的合法性实践,确立规范建设社会主义的思维方式。

Ruling by constitution is important way of ruling ability developments of the communist party of China as the ruling party,which indicate the transformation from the revolutionary political party to the ruling party. The meaning of distinguishing the party ＇ s style of leadership and ruling style lie in guaranteeing the party leadership by state organs of political power. The constitution depicts the fact CPC as leadership party,and establishes constitution status of CPC. Guaranteeing the ruling power of the party by the rule of law shows the achievement of modernizing national governance. ＂ Three good and one support＂is specific path for legalizing the leadership of the party,which realizing the party lead people to establish the constitution and the law,to execute constitution and law,and the party itself should abide by the constitution and the law for construct socialist by rule of law.
