Research on Chinese Renewable Energy Industry Promotion Law

中国政府已经把发展可再生能源问题上升到国家战略高度予以重视,围绕可再生能源开发利用出台了一系列法律、配套规章和政策等,这些法规政策对于可再生能源产业的发展起着保驾护航的积极作用。侧重从可促进再生能源产业发展角度对我国相关法规政策予以分析研究,通过比较和借鉴国外相关规定,对符合我国国情的可再生能源产业发展促进法的完善提出若干建议。

The Chinese government has taken renewable energy as a national strategy. A series of laws,regulations and policies about the development and utilization of renewable energy have come into force. These regulations and policies play an active role on the renewable energy industry. This article prepares to research China＇s environmentrelated regulations and policies focuses from a development perspective on the promotion of renewable energy industry. By drawing on comparative foreign relevant regulations,we will make some advice in line with China ＇s national conditions to promote the development of Chinese renewable energy Industry promotion law.
