摘要
以承德滦河流域为案例研究区域,初步构建了流域输入响应模型。基于规划污染治理情景,分析了污染治理项目对流域水质改善效益。结果表明,污染源全部治理后,控制断面COD下降幅度为7.84mg/L,水质由《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅲ类改善为Ⅱ类,污染源治理效果明显。各治理项目产生的环境效益能为项目的优选提供一定的科学依据。
With Luanhe Basin of Chengde city as the study area,an input response model of basin. Based on the planning of pollution control project was constructed,the benefit of water quality improvement was analyzed. The re- suits showed that the fall range concentration of COD was 7.84 mg/L in the control section,and the water quality was improved from the class Ⅲ of "Surface water environmental quality standard" (GB 3838-2002) to the class Ⅱ The pollution control effect was obvious. According to the environmental benefits of the project,it could provide a scientific basis for the optimization of the project.
