胆甾醇二苯砜碳酸酯化合物的合成及凝胶和光学性能研究

摘要 从双酚S出发通过一步酰氯酯化法合成了以二苯砜为核心,胆甾醇为双臂,碳酸酯为连接基团的胆甾醇二苯砜碳酸酯化合物,产物结构经1H NMR,13C NMR及元素分析鉴定.该化合物能在1,4二氧六环中形成凝胶,凝胶对热具有刺激响应性.该化合物的二氯甲烷稀溶液和凝胶态的紫外吸收光谱最大吸收峰分别在244nm和248 nm,这表明该化合物在凝胶状态下采取首尾相连的J聚集形式. A novel bisphenylsulfone- based molecule consisting of bisphenylsulfone core with two flexible cholesteric arms and carbonate links have been synthesized via one step esterification reaction.The compound can form gel in 1,4- dioxane solvent and the gel has thermal stimulus response.This compound shows the maximum absorption peaks at 244 nm and 248 nm in solution and in xerogel respectively.The red shift of the maximum absorption peak in the gel state suggests the formation of a J-type parallel stacking in the gel state.
