Ecological Compensation Mechanism of Coastal Wetland in Lyushunkou District

分析旅顺口区滨海湿地生态保护现状,指出区域滨海湿地现存的主要问题并探究了问题的成因,阐明了生态补偿机制的必然性及理论基础,构建了旅顺口区滨海湿地生态补偿机制的主体框架:包括生态补偿的主客体、标准及方式等三个部分。

Based on the current status of coastal wetland protection of Lyushunkou District analysis,the main existing problems of coastal wetland are pointed out and the causes of the problems are explored,the necessity and the basic theory of ecological compensation mechanism are clarified.what＇s more,and the main frame of Lyushunkou District coastal wetland ecological compensation mechanism is constructed,which consists of three levels：ecological compensation subject and object,criteria and modalities.
