Construction and Application of Project Based Evaluation System in Bilingual Teaching of Tourism Management Courses

诠释了在双语课程中构建项目式考试评价体系的意义,构建了兼顾用人企业、学生与教师三方利益诉求的项目式考核评价体系,分析了体系应用中项目小组成员成绩评定公平性和个别成员外文能力有限性等关键问题,提出通过结项后点评以防止落入结果满意度陷阱的具体对策建议。

The significance of constructing project based evaluation system in bilingual teaching course is interpreted.It considers that,in the project selection and evaluation process,tripartite interest demands of business,students and teachers should be taken into account.The key issues such as the fairness of the performance evaluation of the project team members and individual members with the limited foreign language ability are analyzed.Suggestion for preventing from falling in the satisfaction trap by finish project review is proposed.
