麦冬皂苷提取分离及分析方法研究进展

麦冬作为一味重要的传统滋阴中药,具有广泛的药理活性.其主要生物活性成分之一的麦冬皂苷日益引起广大关注,涌现出多种提取分离及定量分析方法.文章综述了麦冬皂苷的三种主要提取方法:溶剂提取法、酶提取法和超声提取法,同时分析了常见的麦冬皂苷定量方法,以期为麦冬及其皂苷类活性成分的深入研究和开发利用提供参考.

Ophiopogon japonicus is an important nourishing-yin drug among the traditional Chinese herbs, with a wide range of pharmacological activity. Saponin, one of the major active components in ophiopogon japonicas, has caused more and more researchers＇ attention accompanied with a variety of extraction and separation and analysis methods. So the methods were summarized in this paper, which will provide references for further research and utilization to both ophiopogon japonicus and saponin.
