基于供应链知识转移的企业技术创新研究

Enterprise Technology Innovation Based on Supply Chain Knowledge Transfer

文章采用文献综述的方法,对技术创新、企业技术创新能力、知识转移、供应链等展开了相应的文献梳理,以期探寻供应链知识转移与企业技术创新能力的内在关联性.结果表明,基于供应链知识转移与技术创新、企业技术创新能力存在密切的内在关联.分析发现企业技术创新能力主要体现为知识创新能力;企业要实现知识创新,则必须向外部获取新的知识和技术,进行知识转移活动.

Based on literature review, this paper collects and classifies the relevant literatures of technological innovation, enterprise technology innovation capability, knowledge transfer, supply chain, etc. to explore the internal connection between the supply chain knowledge transfer and enterprise technology innovation ability. The research results show that there is a close inner relation between the supply chain knowledge transfer, the technological innovation and the enterprise technology innovation ability. It finds that the enterprise technology innovation ability mainly embodies in the knowledge innovation ability; If the enterprises want to realize the knowledge innovation, it is necessary to obtain new knowledge and technology, and to carry on knowledge transfer activities.
