摘要
在梳理相关政策和文献的基础上,提出汉江流域湖北段的神农文化、楚文化、三国文化、宗教文化、民俗文化、古城池文化、水利文化和首义文化8大文化具有比较优势和旅游开发价值.为了更好开发利用这些文化资源、振兴湖北旅游产业发展,应确立文化旅游发展的重要战略地位,抢抓国家和湖北省产业政策及汉江综合开发的机遇,坚持以汉江为发展轴、以中心城市为依托、以重点景区为抓手的"点轴发展"战略.同时,处理好开发与保护、文化无形性与旅游有形展示、资源赋存与创意策划、资源一体化与地域割裂开发之间的关系.
It's valuable to develop eight kinds of cultures in the Han River Basin Hubei Province section as Shennong culture, Chu culture, Three kingdoms culture, religious culture, folk culture, old city culture, water conservancy culture, and the first revolt culture. We should establish the strategic position of the cultural tourism development, seize the national and provincial industrial policies and opportunity for the comprehensive development of the Han River. We should adhere to "point-axis development" strategy, in which the Han River is the development axis, the central city is relied on and the key scenic spots are the tongs. At the same time, it is necessary to better deal with the relationship between the development and the protection, the cultural intangibility and the tangible tourism exhibition, resources and creative planning, resources integration and regional separated development.
