摘要
[目的 /意义]在回顾国内外图书馆领域对标杆分析方法的研究及应用的基础上,尝试将标杆分析方法应用于改进图书馆信息素养教育。[方法 /过程]选择清华大学图书馆、上海交通大学图书馆和武汉大学图书馆3所优秀的大学图书馆作为标杆瞄准目标,构建由6个一级指标和22个二级指标组成的标杆分析指标体系来收集数据。从新生入馆教育、课程教学、资源与服务培训讲座、网络培训和特色项目等方面进行差距分析,拟定南通大学图书馆的标杆方案和具体的实施计划。[结果 /结论]采用标杆分析的科学方法和标准流程,学习目的明确、指标全面、数据翔实,学习方案的制定和实施做到了有的放矢,有效推进。最后,总结标杆分析成功应用的关键要素,阐述标杆分析方法的优缺点和局限性,并展望后续研究的方向。
[Purpose / significance]The article reviewed benchmarking research and application of both domestic and oversea libraries to apply benchmarking to improve KPI of information literacy education in libraries. [Method / process]Six main indexes including 22 sub- indexes are created to collect benchmarking data of Tsinghua University Library,Shanghai Jiaotong University Library and Wuhan University Library. The article set up benchmarking scheme and work plan by analyzing the gap between benchmarking libraries and Nantong University Library including instruments for freshmen,library courses,resources and service lectures,online training,special projects,etc. [Result / conclusion]Benchmarking system supports setting clear learning target and complete indexes and collecting accurate data to make and process learning plan easily. Finally,the article summarized keynotes,advantages,disadvantages and limitation of benchmarking and foresee the further research.
