摘要
建言行为作为员工向组织贡献自身智慧的重要途径,是近年来组织行为学研究领域的热点问题。在中国组织情境下,由于受文化因素的影响,员工建言行为有别于西方。为加深对中国组织情境下员工建言行为的理解,本文从员工建言行为的结构、测量、影响因素与影响结果等方面对相关研究成果进行了梳理总结,以图能为未来研究提供有益参考。
As an important way for employees to contribute their wisdom to the organization, voice behavior is a hot issue in the field of organizational behavior research in recent years. Because of the influence of culture, employee voice behavior in the context of Chinese organizations is different from that in western organizations. To further understand employee voice behavior in the context of Chinese organizations, the paper combs and summarizes the relevant research results form some aspects including structure, measurement, antecedents and consequences, try to inspire the future researchers.
