摘要
胰瘘是胰腺外科最严重的并发症之一。胰体尾切除术和胰十二指肠切除术术后胰瘘的发生率高达10％～50％，漏出的胰液与肠液混合后激活的消化酶周围组织的破坏，可继发胰腺假性囊肿、腹腔脓肿和腹腔内出血等严重并发症，使术后并发症发生率和死亡率显著升高。本文结合最近文献及我们在此领域的经验，探讨胰腺术后胰瘘的预测与对策的现状及进展。
Pancreatic fistula was one of the most serious complications after pancreatic surgery. The incidence was reported between 10% -50% after distal pancreatectomy or duodenopancreatectomy. The digestive enzymes were activated by the leaked pancreatic juice mixed with intestinal juice. The activated enzymes would destructed the surrounding tissues, which might induce some serious complications inclu- ding pancreatic pseudo cyst, abdominal abscess and abdominal hemorrhage. So the morbidity and mortality increased significantly when the pancreatic fistula happened after pancreatic surgery. According to the recent studies and our experience, we demonstrate the current status and outlook about the prevention and treatment of postoperative pancreatic fistula.
