摘要
报道了二碘化镁催化的2,5-己二酮与多种手性氨基酸酯的Paal-Knorr缩合反应,制备单吡咯和双吡咯手性衍生物,该方法反应条件温和、操作简便、收率高、立体选择性好且环境友好.
A novel methodology has been developed for the synthesis of N-substituted mono-pyrrole and bis-pyrrole derivatives with a chiral substituent at the nitrogen atom by Mg I2-catalyzed Paal-Knorr condensation using esters of amino acids as the source of chirality. This method has some advantages such as mild reaction conditions, simple procedure, good yields, high stereoselectivity and environmental friendliness.
