摘要
介绍了中国石油辽阳石化公司20万t/a环氧乙烷(EO)/乙二醇(EG)装置运行工艺优化及节能措施。通过在适宜反应温度下更换催化剂,解决了EO反应器测温热偶保护套管漏水损毁催化剂的运行问题;通过对装置低温水单元、反应系统、CO_2脱除系统、蒸汽管网系统、循环冷却水系统进行改造或运行工艺优化,并更换EO解吸塔塔底物料板式换热器,使中压蒸汽消耗量由最高时的110 t/h降低至40 t/h,循环冷却水消耗量亦降低2 000 t/h,催化剂的选择性保持高于预期值约1个百分点。
The operation process optimization and energy conservation measures were introduced in the0. 2 Mt / a ethylene oxide( EO) / ethylene glycol( EG) unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,Petro China. By replacing the catalyst at the suitable reaction temperature,the operation problems about water leakage of EO reactor temperature thermocouple protection tube damaging catalyst were solved. By remoulding or optimizing operation process of low temperature water unit,reaction system,CO_2 removal system,steam pipe network system,circulating cooling water system,and replacing plate- type heat exchanger for EO desorption column bottom material,the medium- pressure steam consumption decreased from the highest 110 t / h to 40 t / h,the circulating cooling water consumption also reduced by 2 000 t /h,and the selectivity of catalyst remained higher about 1 percentage point than the expected value.
