摘要
介绍了中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司新建30万t/a轻烃升级改造装置的工艺流程、技术特点和运行情况。结果表明,该装置采用精馏分离法,以加氢裂化轻石脑油、重整拨头油、戊烷油混合轻烃为原料,以导热油作热源,精馏单元主要由脱碳四(C_4)塔、异戊烷塔、正戊烷塔和异构己烷塔组成,利用高效规整填料,实现了正构烷烃与异构烷烃的高效分离;装置满负荷运行标定的各项指标完全满足工程设计要求,C_4产品中C≥5组分体积分数不大于2%,异戊烷、正戊烷、异构己烷产品纯度均不小于98%(体积分数),装置能耗为75.4 kg/t(以标准油计)。
The technological process,technical characteristics and operating conditions were introduced in the newly- built 300 kt / a lighter hydrocarbon upgrading unit in Urumqi Petrochemical Company,Petro China. The results showed that the unit adopted the distillation separation method,using mixed lighter hydrocarbons including hydrocracking light naphtha,reforming topped oil and pentane oil as stock,thermal oil as heat source,and the distillation unit was mainly composed of decarbonization four( C_4) tower,iso- pentane tower,n- pentane tower and iso- hexane tower,employing high efficiency structured packing,which realized the high efficient separation of n- paraffins and iso- paraffins. The calibration indicators of unit running at full capacity totally met the engineering design requirements,the volume fraction of C≥5 in C_4 products was no more than 2%,the purity of iso- pentane,n-pentane and iso- hexane products were all no less than 98%( volume fraction),and the unit energy consumption was 75. 4 kg / t( by the standard oil).
