南水北调对中原城镇生态文明建设的综合效应研究

A Study on Comprehensive Effect of South-to-North Water Diversion Project to the Ecological Civilization Construction of Cities and Towns in the Central Plains

一方面,南水北调的幸福之水,助推中原诸多市区及集镇朝向更高目标、更高水准发展,取得了自然与人文平衡、物态与心态融会、人际关系谐和等综合良效;另一方面,对于河南来说,如何结合做好南水北调中线工程干渠的维护、利用和管理工作,在工业化和城镇化加快发展进程中努力追寻"自然-社会-人文和谐"的城市生态文明,其责任重大且其任务艰巨。因此,既是奉献者又是受益者的河南人应正确认识南水北调带来的机遇和挑战,科学评估其成效及不足,进一步在其干渠水源的保护、管理、运用等方面付诸努力,为塑造中原城镇新型生态文明做出必要贡献。

On the one hand, South-to-North Water Diversion Project（SNWDP） promotes the development of many cities and town in the Central Plains, obtaining good comprehensive effects such as the balance between nature and culture, the integration of object and mentality, harmonious of interpersonal relationship and so on; on the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility and an arduous task for Henan to pursue the urban ecological civilization of ＂harmonious of naturesociety-culture＂ in the process of industrialization and urbanization in combination with the maintenance, utilization and management of the channel of Middle Route of SNWDP. Therefore, as dedicators and beneficiaries, Henan＇s people should correctly recognize the opportunities and challenges brought by the SNWDP, scientifically analyze its effects and problems, further make efforts in the conservation, management and utilization of its channel, and make contributions to build new ecological civilization of cities and town in the Central Plains.
