A Discussion on Construction Concept of the Mountain Resort and Programming Construction in Hebei's Cities & Countries

在梳理避暑山庄规划理念的基础上,结合河北省规划建设工作,提出了规划建设必须立足于国家重大目标和全局发展的战略高度,必须重视调查研究、深入实地的工作方法,必须坚持以人为本、以民为重的基本原则,必须走尊重自然、传承文化的可持续发展道路,必须保证实施的延续性、一张蓝图干到底等认识和建议。

Through summarising the planning idea of the Mountain Resort and combining it with the Planning and construction work of Hebei Province, we got a few cognitions that the work of urban planning and construction must be based on the strategy of Major national goals and overall development, call for field investigation and study, adhere to the people-oriented principles, respect nature and preserve culture and ensure the continuity of urban planning.
