免疫检验点是T细胞激活的负调节分子，阻断这些分子的活性可提升T细胞对癌细胞的杀伤能力，临床试验显示出良好效果，提示了癌症免疫治疗的一个新方向，也引起了癌症免疫治疗的一场新热潮。
The blockade of immune checkpoints is a new idea for cancer immunotherapies.Several monoclonal antibodies targeting immune-checkpoint molecules have been developed.The outcomes of clinical trials indicate important advances in treating many kinds of cancers.An evaluation of the new therapies is made in this article.
