社区支持农业的消费者忠诚研究——以珠海市绿手指份额农园为例 被引量:13

摘要 本文建立了社区支持农业的消费者忠诚模型,并采用珠海市绿手指份额农园的201份问卷对其进行实证分析。结果表明:服务质量、服务公平对消费者满意度产生正向的直接效应;服务质量对不同类型的消费者忠诚同时存在正向的直接效应和间接效应;消费者满意度对认知性忠诚产生直接效应、对情感性忠诚和意向性忠诚产生直接效应和间接效应、对行为性忠诚则具有间接效应。最后,对如何提高社区支持农业的消费者忠诚提出了相应的政策建议。
