摘要
伴随着中国经济的高速发展,民营企业已经逐步成为中国经济发展的重要力量之一。目前,仍有诸多因素阻碍着民营企业稳定和快速的发展。其中员工离职原因多种多样,利用聚类分析的方法对某一民营企业离职情况进行分析,并给出5个因素对离职的影响程度。
With the rapid development of Chinese economy, private enterprises have gradually become an important force in China's economic development. At present,there are still many factors hindering the steady and rapid development of private enterprises. Reasons for the staff leaving have many, The method of cluster analysis is used to analyzes the situation of the separation of a private enterprise, and the paper gives influencing degree of five factors to leaving staff.
