摘要
图书馆普适化服务模式存在无法适应国力发展和满足用户个性化需求的问题。文章提出图书馆精准服务的概念,总结了其用户个性化需求驱动和精准绩效评价的特点。图书馆精准服务的构建重点包括基于大数据配置资源、基于小数据提供服务,需要注意的问题有警惕沉默的螺旋现象、防止完全否定普适化服务、避免图书馆单方决策。
Library universal service model is unable to meet the needs of the national strength development and meet the needs of users. This paper puts forward the concept of library precision service,analyzes its characteristics,including the user’s personalized demand drive and accurate performance evaluation. The construction of the library precision service includes the resource allocation based on big data and the service based on small data. What needs to pay attention to includes vigilance of the spiral of silence,preventing the complete denial of universal service and unilateral decision of library.
