基于情景的虚拟学习社区知识转移模式研究

A Research on the Knowledge Transfer Mode of Context-Based Virtual Learning Community

知识转移是知识管理的主要内容,在虚拟学习社区成员间的知识共享过程中起着重要的作用。文章研究了虚拟学习社区中的情景因素,认为情景是诸多因素中影响成员间知识共享行为的主要决定因素,并基于知识转移的基本模型,提出了基于不同情景的知识转移模式,对虚拟学习社区的建设和管理有着重要的指导意义。

Knowledge transfer is the main content of knowledge management,which plays an important role in the process of knowledge sharing among members of virtual learning community. In this paper,we study the context of virtual learning community,which is considered as the main factor that affects the knowledge sharing among the members. Based on the basic model of knowledge transfer,the knowledge transfer mode based on different contexts is proposed,which has important function and practical guidance to the construction and management of virtual learning community.
