连续顺序追踪超声法在20~24孕周胎儿四肢形态、结构及运动检测中的临床作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨连续顺序追踪超声法在20~24孕周胎儿四肢形态、结构及运动检测中的临床作用。方法收集2012年8月至2015年8月在麻城市红十字会医院超声科进行产前超声筛查的1 840名20~24孕周孕妇的临床资料,回顾性分析连续顺序追踪超声法检出率和漏诊率。结果 1 840名孕妇中,经引产证实14例胎儿肢体畸形,占总数的0.8%。连续顺序追踪超声法检出13例胎儿肢体畸形,1例漏诊,检出率和漏诊率分别为92.9%、7.1%。13例肢体畸形胎儿中,4例马蹄内翻足;1例短肢畸形;1例为截肢畸形;1例人体鱼序列征;1例先天绞窄环综合征;1例桡骨缺失合并钩手;1例并指;1例指、趾缺如;1例多指、趾缺如;1例裂足。1例漏诊胎儿为缺指、并指畸形。结论连续顺序追踪超声法在20~24孕周胎儿四肢形态、结构及运动检测中的临床效果显著。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous sequence ultrasonic method in the detection of limb morphology,structure and motion of 20 to 24 weeks fetus. Methods The clinical data of 1 840 cases of 20 to 24 weeks pregnant women who received prenatal ultrasound screening in The Red Cross Hospital of Macheng City from August 2012 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 1 840 cases of pregnant women,the abortion confirmed 14 cases had fetal limb deformities,accounting for 0. 8 % of the total. Ultrasonic continuous sequence detected 13 cases had fetal limb deformities,1 case was misdiagnozed,reaching 92. 9 % detection rate and 7. 1 % misdiagnosis rate. Among the 13 cases of limb deformities fetuses,4 cases were clubfoot fetus; 1 case was fetal short limb malformations; 1 case was fetal malformation amputation; 1 case was fetal human body fish sequence sign; 1 case was congenital strangulated loop syndrome; 1 case was obsence of radius combined hook hard; 1 case was syndactyly of the fingers; 1 case was finger and toe absent,1 case was multi- finger or toe absent; 1 case was cleft foot. 1 case misdiagnozed was fingers missing,syndactyly. Conclusion The clinical effect of continuous sequence ultrasonic method in the detection of limb morphology,structure and motion of 20 to 24 weeks fetus is significant.
