摘要
鼓风机在选矿厂中具有重要作用,为其浮选机选矿作业提供稳定、充足的风量。以D-850鼓风机控制系统为实例,针对鼓风机因温度开关误动作,造成跳闸次数多,提出鼓风机控制系统改造的可行性方案。通过改变测量信号线连接方式、温度波动增加延时动作、重新接过信号线与屏蔽线,组织实施后,有效降低了风机故障频次、改善设备运行状况。
Blower is an important role in processing plant, it provides stable, adequate air for flow flotation machine in processing operations. Using D-850 blower control system as an example, since the malfunction of temperature switch caused the trip more often, a feasibility program of blower control system is proposed. By changing the measurement signal-wire connection, temperature fluctuations increased delay action, re-took the signal line and shielded wire, after the effective organization and implement, the fan failure frequency is reduced and equipment operation is improved.
