红花乙醇湿敷对开腹手术患者切口部位感染的预防研究

Wet dressing of safflower ethanol for prevention of incision infections after laparotomy

目的研究红花乙醇湿敷对开腹手术患者切口部位感染的预防效果,降低开腹手术患者的切口感染率。方法选择2014年1月-2015年6月在医院住院并接受开腹手术的患者400例,用随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各200例,对照组采用常规切口护理,观察组则加用红花乙醇湿敷,比较两组患者的切口感染率、切口愈合程度、愈合时间及住院时间,采用SPSS 20.0进行数据分析和处理。结果观察组患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ级切口愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组未感染患者的切口愈合时间≤7d的例数明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的切口愈合时间、住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花乙醇湿敷在开腹手术患者切口部位的应用可有效降低切口感染率,缩短切口愈合时间,减少住院时间和住院费用。

OBJECTIVE To study the prevention effect of wet dressing of safflower ethanol for incision infections after laparotomy to reduce incision infection rate after laparotomy.METHODS Totally 400 cases of patients undergoing laparotomy were selected who were hospitalized in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Jun.2015.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,each group had200 cases.The control group was given conventional incision nursing and the observation group was added with wet dressing of safflower ethanol.The two groups were compared for incision infection rate,healing degree of incision,healing time and hospital stays.The software SPSS20.0 was used for data processing and treatment.RESULTS The healing rate of gradeⅠ and Ⅱincisions was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The number of cases with the healing time of≤7dwas significantly more in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incision healing time,length of hospital stays and hospital costs were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe wet dressing of safflower ethanol in patients after laparotomy can reduce the incision infection rate,shorten the healing time,reduce the length of hospital stays and hospitalization expenses.
