消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患儿奥美拉唑四联疗法治疗效果分析

Curative effect analysis of Omeprazole quadruple therapy in children with peptic ulcer complicated by Helicobacter pylori infection

目的分析奥美拉唑四联疗法在消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患儿治疗中的应用效果,为临床治疗提供科学依据,有助于提高治疗水平。方法选取2012年1月-2014年12月60例医院诊治的消化性溃疡合并幽门螺菌感染患儿进行疗效观察,根据治疗不同,分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组患儿使用奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗,观察组患儿给予奥美拉唑四联疗法治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果、幽门螺杆菌阳性率以及两组患儿溃疡愈合率,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果患儿治疗总有效率观察组为93.3%、对照组为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.352,P<0.05);患儿幽门螺杆菌检出阳性率观察组为6.7%、对照组为23.3%,两组阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.854,P<0.05);观察组患者溃疡愈合率为75.8%、对照组为48.5%,观察组患者溃疡愈合时间少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑四联疗法在小儿消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染中比奥美拉唑三联疗法具有更高的疗效,并且能够有效缩短患儿的溃疡愈合时间,提高患儿的预后以及生活质量,值得在临床治疗中推广使用。

OBJECTIVE To analyze effect of Omeprazole quadruple therapy in children with peptic ulcer complicated by Helicobacter pylori infection,so as to provide a scientific basis for the clinical treatment and improve the treatment level.METHODS Totally 60 children with peptic ulcer complicated by H.pylori infection treated in the hospital from Jan.2012 to Dec.2014 were observed and divided into the observation group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The control group used Omeprazole triple therapy（Omeprazole＋amoxicillin＋clarithromycin）,while the observation group was given Omeprazole quadruple therapy（Omeprazole＋ amoxicillin＋clarithromycin ＋ Franc Sidel citrate bismuth potassium）.Therapeutic effects,H.pylori positive rate and healing rate of ulcer were compared between the two groups of children.The software SPSS 16.0was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS The total effective rate was 93.3%for the observation group and 76.7%for the control group,with significant difference（t= 6.352,P〈0.05）.The H.pylori positive rate was 6.7% for the observation group and 23.3%for the control group,with significant difference（t= 5.854,P〈0.05）.The ulcer healing rate was 75.8%for the observation group and 48.5%for the control group,the healing time was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,with significance（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION.The Omeprazole quadruple therapy in children with peptic ulcer complicated by H.pylori infection has higher efficacy than Omeprazole triple therapy,and can shorten the healing time of ulcers in children as well as improve the prognosis of children and quality of life,which should be widely used in the clinical treatment.
