凝聚共识推广结合体外反搏疗法的心血管康复新模式

Consensus for developing the new model of EECP-integrated cardiovascular rehabilitation

越来越多的研究表明,增强型体外反搏是一项安全、无创伤和费用低廉的冠心病治疗手段。其潜在的血管内皮保护机制提示其可作为慢性血管性病变预防和康复的有效选择。本文简要评述结合体外反搏疗法的心血管康复国际专家共识,以期构建具有中国特色的心血管康复新模式。

A growing pool of evidence has shown that Enhanced External Counter- pulsation（EECP）is a non-invasive,safe,low-cost,and highly beneficial therapy for patients with coronary artery disease.The underlying mechanism of vascular endothelial protection indicates that EECP therapy should be a first line preventive treatment of systemic vascular systems and an important modality of cardiovascular rehabilitation.The present article highlights the international consensus of EECP-integrated cardiovascular rehabilitation.
