优化抢救护理方案在急性左心衰竭患者中的应用价值

Application value of optimization of emergency nursing plan on acute left heart failure

目的探讨优化抢救护理方案在急性左心衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法选取2012年1月-2013年12月来我院急诊中心进行抢救的急性左心衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,其中2012年1月-12月的38例急性左心衰竭患者为A组,采用常规的抢救护理方案;2013年1月-12月的42例急性左心衰竭患者为B组,采用优化的抢救护理方案,然后对A、B两组患者的抢救效果进行对比分析。结果 1相对于A组,B组患者在45min好转率、60min显效率以及转出率显著升高,住院时间明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。2相对于A组,B组患者采用优化抢救护理方案后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均表现出了显著的优势,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论优化抢救护理方案能够有效缩短患者的抢救时间与住院时间,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的抢救成功率。

Objective To study the application value of optimization of emergency nursing plan on acute left heart failure.Methods 80 patients with acute left heart failure rescue were selected in the study.38 cases from 2010 March to2012February and 42 cases from 2012 March to 2014 February were divided into group A treated with routine nursing and group B treated with optimization of emergency nursing plan.The rescue effect was analyzed.Results The 45 min improvement rate,60 min obvious effective rate and transfer rate of group B increased compared with that of group A（P〈0.05）.SAS and SDS score of group B showed the significant advantages with that of group A（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Optimization of emergency nursing plan can effectively shorten the patient＇s rescue time and hospitalization time and improve the mental state of the patients and the success rate of rescuing the patients.
