摘要
以某拉伸型橡胶联轴节为对象,研究橡胶的变形状态。使用UG软件建立橡胶联轴节组件的三维模型并导入ANSYS WORKBENCH,在ANSYS WORKBENCH软件中对组件进行网格划分;依据联轴节的结构及工作原理建立模型的边界条件、设置材料、施加载荷;对模型进行有限元计算求解。结果表明:拉伸式橡胶联轴节工作时,橡胶处于压缩而不是拉伸状态,在极限工作力矩下此橡胶联轴节中材料的强度均在可使用范围之内。
The deformation of the rubber in a tensile type rubber coupling was studied. First the 3-D model of the rubber coupling was established using UG softw are and import the model into ANSYS WORKBENH softw are,meshed the model in ANSYS WORKBENH,and then according to the structure and working principle of the coupling the boundary conditions were established,such as adding the materials,applying the load,for finite element analysis. The results show ed that the working condition of the rubber is in compression rather than in tension during the work of the tensile type rubber coupling,and at the same time it was proved that the strength of the materials in rubber coupling is in available range.
