摘要
提出了采用电接点压力表进行管网水压测量和控制的方法,并以两台补水泵控制为例给出了电气主电路及控制电路原理图.选用ABB ACS510系列变频器说明其控制方法,设置了变频器的相关参数.实际运行表明,该控制方法压力设定简单,可靠性更高,维修便利且成本低廉,使用价值更高.
The method of using electric contact pressure gauge to measure and control pipe network pressure is proposed. The main circuit and schematic control circuit diagram are put forward, taking two make-up water pump control as an example. The control method of ABB ACS510 series frequency converters is described, the relevant parameters of the frequency converters are set. The actual operation shows that the control method is simple to set pressure, higher reliability, repair convenience and low cost, and has more use value.
