摘要
分析荧光光纤温度检测系统中导致荧光寿命存在非线性误差的原因.为更好地实现误差补偿功能提高检测精度,采用模糊策略对荧光寿命进行非线性误差补偿,以消除误差产生的影响.利用Matlab软件建立仿真模型,与实际系统的检测数据进行实验验证.结果表明,所研究的测温系统能有效地提高荧光寿命值检测的稳定性和准确性,这对于提高荧光光纤测温系统的精度及鲁棒性具有重要意义.
The reason that fluorescence lifetime of optical fiber fluorescence temperature measuring system exists nonlinear error is analyzed. In order to realize error compensation to improve the detec- tion accuracy, the paper adopts fuzzy strategy for nonlinear error compensation of the fluorescence life- time to eliminate the influence of errors. Use simulation model established by Matlab and test data of actual system to verify the experimental result, and it shows that temperature measurement system can effectively improve the stability and accuracy of fluorescence lifetime. So the research has important significance for improving the accuracy and robustness of the fluorescence optical fiber temperature measuring system.
