摘要
目的了解滨州市县级医院人力资源现状,为卫生行政部门合理配置县级医院卫生人员提供依据。方法采用普查的方法对2014年滨州市27家县级医院卫生人员的基本情况进行问卷调查,对县级医院的卫生人力的总量、年龄、学历、职称及专业构成情况进行分析。结果滨州市县级医院在职人员总数为7 708人,卫生技术人员与床位之比为0.89∶1,平均医护比为1∶0.91,床护比为1∶0.37;卫生人员主要以45岁以下的中青年人为主;卫生人员的学历以本科和专科及以下学历为主,硕士及以上学历仅占2.04%;卫生人员的职称以中级和初级为主,副高级及以上职称仅占7.31%。结论滨州市县级医院卫生人员学历层次偏低,高级职称人才短缺,医护比例偏低。
OBJECTIVETo investigate the status quo of health manpower in county hospital in Binzhou, and provide a basis for medi-cal administrative department in reasonable staffing. METHODS Census was used to investigate the health human resources of twen-ty-seven county hospitals of Binzhou in 2014. The total number of health workers, their age, educational background, job title, andspecialty structure were analyzed. RESULTS The in-service staff was 7 708, ratio of the medical workers and bed was 0.89∶1, the av-erage ratio for doctor and nurse 1∶0.91, the average bed to nurse ratio was 1∶0.37. The health workers was mainly of young people un-der the age of 45. Among the health workers,people mainly graduated from undergraduate and junior college, master or above account-ed for only 2.04%. The job title was mainly intermediate and junior, and senior consultants accounted for only 7.31%. CONCLUSION The educational background, job title and doctor nurse ratio of the health workers in county hospital of Binzhou were on the low side.
