This paper examines 15 countries (Chinese, America, England and so on) in content of probability and statistics in 20 curriculum standards. Quantitative and qualitative analysis have been both made more in details. Quantitative analysis includes the breadth, depth, and the knowledge distribution of core modules. Qualitative analysis includes the chronological order of probability and statistics in these curriculum standards, the relationship with permutation and combination, and the content differences between liberal arts and science students. The results shows that Netherlandish and French science curriculum standards are most widely distributed, while Chinese science one in third and liberal arts one in eighth. Japanese and Netherlandish curriculum standards are most difficult, Chinese liberal arts one in third and science one in fourth. In a word, our probability and statistics contents in curriculum standard are "widespread but not deep".
