数学师范生教学实践性知识的形成和发展研究 被引量:15

摘要 在回顾教师实践性知识相关论述的基础上,对数学教师实践性知识进行界定.提出数学师范生教学实践性知识的形成过程:大学数学课堂是教学实践性知识的发源地;教学见习是教学实践性知识的催生地;家教活动是教学实践性知识的帮扶地;教育实习是教学实践性知识的主阵地.数学教师教学实践性知识的发展途径有:积极主动地与同行交流;自主的课后反思;观摩别人的教学实践;勇于承担全校公开课;积极参加各类培训. This paper briefly reviews the related literature about teachers' practical knowledge and gives the definition of mathematics teachers' practical knowledge. Then it puts forward the forming process of normal university students' mathematics practical knowledge of teaching. It originates from university mathematics classroom and teaching practice is its midwifery. It can benefit from serving as a home tutor and educational practice is its main position. The approaches to develop mathematics teachers' practical knowledge of teaching are following: to communicate with peers actively and positively, to reflect autonomously after class, to learn from other teachers' teaching practice, to take responsibility for school open class and participant in all kinds of training positively.
