摘要
为改善Kinect骨骼节点跟踪过程中的延迟情况与平滑效果,提出一种基于改进EWMA算法的滤波方法。在滤波输出节点数据计算中,引入指数式加权控制的移动趋势因子;依据节点当前移动速度,通过线性插值法实现算法中权值参数的自适应优化;从算法的数据仿真与应用测试两方面对比分析标准EWMA算法与改进算法的滤波性能,实验结果表明,当节点移动时,采用改进方法的骨骼节点跟踪过程具有更高的实时性与平滑度。
To improve the delays and the smoothing effect in the process of joint tracking filter based on Kinect,a filter method based on the improved EWMA algorithm was proposed.The moving trend factor controlled by exponentially weighted was introduced in filter output calculation.Based on the current joint moving speed,the weight parameters were adaptively optimized by linear interpolation.The filter performances of the EWMA algorithm and the improved algorithm were compared through the data simulation and the application test.Experimental results show that,when joints are moving,the joint filter process using the proposed algorithm has higher real-time and smoothness.
