超声小探头胃镜并联胃管注水对上消化道病变的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of miniature ultrasound probe gastroscopy combined with water injection through gastric tube for upper gastrointestinal tract lesions

目的探讨超声小探头胃镜并联胃管注水对上消化道病变的诊断价值。方法选择2014年6月‐2015年1月该院门诊的100例上消化道病变患者将其按随机数表法均分为对照组和观察组。观察组50例患者,通过超声小探头胃镜并联胃管注水进行诊断;对照组50例患者,通过CT扫描进行诊断;比较两组患者的诊断率。结果观察组的诊断率(96%)明显较对照组(80%)高(P<0.05)。结论采用超声小探头胃镜并联胃管注水能够较为正确的区分消化道上的各层次,可以提高其诊断率,亦可以准确提供其病变性质,为后续的临床治疗提供重要的指导意义,值得推广以及应用。

[Objective] To evaluate the diagnostic value of miniature ultrasound probe gastroscopy combined with water injection through gastric tube for the upper gastrointestinal tract lesions. [Methods] One hundred cases of gastrointestinal lesions admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. Fifty patients in observation group were diagnosed by miniature ultrasound probe gastroscopy combined with water injection through gastric tube; 50 patients in control group were diagnosed by CT scan; diagnosis rate between the two groups were compared. [Results] Diagnosis rate of the observation group （96%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80%）, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Endoscopic ultrasound probe combined with water injection through a small tube can distinguish various levels of the digestive tract more properly, improve the diagnosis rate, and provide the exact nature of the lesion, which can provide important guidance for the subsequent clinical treatment and is worthy of promotion and application.
