摘要
目的探讨生化检验结果中新生儿溶血样本的影响与优化措施。方法选择2013年6月‐2014年6月在该院进行生化检验的300例新生儿作为研究对象,并将其随机分成观察组与对照组,观察两组新生儿的溶血情况,再将溶血的样本与未溶血的样本进行血生化检测,观察两组样本的各项指标情况。结果溶血样本中的谷丙转氨酶水平、总胆红素水平、直接胆红素水平和谷草转氨酶水平明显比未溶血样本中的此类指标水平高;溶血样本中的尿酸、谷氨酰转肽酶水平明显比未溶血样本中的尿酸水平低(P<0.05)。结论新生儿的溶血样本会对生化检验结果造成很大的影响,各项生化检测指标水平也会发生变化,提高生化检验准确性,避免或者减少溶血情况发生是关键。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of hemolytic sample on biochemical test results and the optimization measures. [Methods] A total of 300 newborns who underwent biochemical tests in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were chosen for the study, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Hemolysis results of newborns in two groups were observed, then hemolyzed and non-hemolyzed blood samples were extracted for blood biochemical detection, the indicators of the two groups of samples were observed. [Results] The levels of alanine aminotransferas, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase in hemolytic samples were significantly higher than those indicators in non-hemolytic samples, also uric acid levels and valley aminoacyl transfer peptidase levels in hemolytic samples were significantly lower than those in non- hemolytic samples, the differences had statistical significance (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Hemolytic sample of the newborn will greatly affect biochemical test results and cause the level changes of blood biochemical detection indexes, so improving the accuracy of biochemical tests to avoid or reduce the occurrence of hemolysis is critical.
