摘要
目的分析军队卫生统计的现状与问题,构建及完善军队卫生统计指标框架,采用大数据处理技术构建军队卫生统计分析平台,实现数据的实时交互式多维统计分析。方法构建了由业务领域、业务主题、统计目的、统计维度和统计指标组成的卫生统计指标体系框架,由主题库层、数据仓库层、工具层、指标层和展现层构成的统计平台架构,采用分布式文件系统、列式数据库及Spark计算框架对统计平台进行系统架构设计。结果对数据整合、数据标准化、数据存储、快速计算及数据可视化等关键技术进行设计,给出了基于大数据技术的实时交互式多维卫生统计分析平台总体架构,实现了系统原型。结论基于Spark的大数据计算平台具有内存计算、便于动态扩展和分布式共享等特性,将其应用于军队卫生统计工作中能够满足多维分析及实时交互性需求,有较高的可行性和实用性。
Objective To analyze the current status and problems of military health statistic,construct and improve the health statistic index architecture and the military health statistic platform to realize the real-time interactive and multi-dimensional analysis.Methods The statistic indexes architecture comprising business domains,business themes,statistic aims,statistic dimensions and statistic indexes were conducted.The architecture of military health statistic platform was also established,including theme database layer,data warehouse layer,tool layer,index layer and presentation layer.The architecture of statistic and analysis platform was conducted by using distributed file system,column-oriented database and Spark computing framework.Results The key technologies of military health statistic were designed,including data integration,data standardization,data storage,fast computing and data visualization.The general technique framework based on big-data was given as a solution of real-time interactive health statistics.Conclusion Military health statistic and analysis platform has the advantages of computation based on memory,dynamic scalability and distributed sharing etc.It can satisfy the multi-dimensional analysis,real-time and interactive demands and has meaningful feasibility and practicability in military health statistics.
