脂肪肝的诊疗概况与动向
摘要
脂肪肝（fattyliverdisease，FLD）是由多种疾病或病因引起肝脂肪病变，当肝脏对脂肪的合成能力增加和（或）转运入血的能力下降时，脂类物质（主要为三酰甘油）在肝内蓄积过多导致的一种疾病。
