银川地区粉煤灰水泥土抗压强度的正交试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了在银川地区软土地基加固处理中更好地推广应用水泥土,以含水量、水泥掺量、粉煤灰掺量和龄期等为因素,设计正交试验方案L9(3~4),研究粉煤灰水泥土的强度特性.研究结果表明:水泥土的强度随水泥掺量、粉煤灰掺量和龄期的增加而增加,随含水量的增加而减小,在水泥掺量适当时,粉煤灰能显著提高水泥土的强度,尤其是后期强度;软土中含有一定量的粉细砂有利于水泥土强度的提高.提出了通过掺加干砂提高水泥土强度的措施. For better application and popularization of cement soil in soft soil foundation reinforcement treatment in Yinchuan area,an orthogonal experimental scheme L9(3~4)is designed to study the strength characteristic of fly ash cement soil by taking water content,cement content,fly ash content and age as factors.The results show that the strength of cement soil increases with the increase of cement content,fly ash content and age,and decreases with the increase of water content.Fly ash can significantly improve the strength of cement soil when cement content is appropriate,especially in the later stage.It's helpful to improve the strength of cement soil that the soft soil contains a certain amount of fine sand.The measures to improve the strength of cement soil by adding dry sand are put forward.
